Despite its late start, the fall foliage season is finishing strong here on the Vermont campus of Norwich University, the nation’s oldest private military college. With a brilliant stage set by Mother Nature, parents, family and friends from across the country are gathering on campus this weekend to visit their Norwich student during Parent and Family Weekend.
